This made sense when I heard it the first time: “Money is not a motivator, lack of money is a demotivator”. When you’re looking for your next job, figure out what makes you happy, and then find someone to pay you to do it. When you look at all the advice about where and how you can fluff an interview, it makes sense to get a lot of mock interview practice done and start getting ready for interviewing well before you have one.
