Wow, we’ve got a bumper crop of new changes and features to announce, so much that I need to split the list over two posts. The list is continued here…
- The biggest change you’ll notice is the lick of paint and some polish we’ve given Isabont, we hope you like it.
- You wanted a way to “Quick add” a new company, position or new contact while you were in the middle of creating and event, adding a to-do, entering a job-position to save, or even sending your resume. Welcome the the “quick add’ feature, where you can do exactly that.
To create a new position and a new company, click on the “Link to” drop-down and select “New Position”, now you can add the position and company or add a new position and choose an existing company from your list.
To create just a new company, click on the “Link to” drop-down and select “New Company”,
even create a new contact
- You wanted to be able to change the order some entries were listed in the different resume sections, so we added an up/down arrow next to the edit/delete that was already there. Now you can reorder achievement statements, your key skills, even the order of the education and training entries. But don’t worry we’re still making sure your positions are listed in the proper chronological order for you.
- Meanwhile, the way your saved entries are listed, when you click on “My data”, are now in the same order in which you saved them in the My Resume Data, data sheet. Which we agree, makes it easier to find the already saved item.
