Start with episode 8 and listen to David talk about how to cultivate friendships, and suggests four attitudes we all can cultivate to help us.
Follow this with episode 10 about relationship building and the six rules.
Then top it off with episode 15 a discussion on the topic that we are the absolute experts on: ourselves. So why is it so difficult for some of us to be able to go about promoting ourselves?
